Lipka Named Executive Director of NECA Chapter

The Mahoning Valley Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association has appointed Tom Lipka as executive director. Lipka replaces Jack Savage, who was promoted to a field representative position with NECA National. Lipka is an attorney, formerly a partner with Manchester, Newman & Bennett in Youngstown. “Our member contractors and counterparts with the IBEW locals in Youngstown and Warren have made a true impact in the Mahoning Valley with their workmanship and emphasis on community outreach,” he says. “I hope to build on the strong leadership of Jack Savage, and help guide our members to continued growth.” Lipka resides in Canfield with his wife and five children. A graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and a law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
