Aim’s New App Lets Customers Monitor Fleets, Shipments

GIRARD, Ohio – Aim Transportation Solutions has launched a new smartphone app, allowing clients to track their shipments, view inspection reports and see fleet data.

Aim Navigator will be available June 15 through the Apple App Store and Google Play for customers using Aim’s full-service lease program and its integrated logistics services.

The mDVIR – mobile driver vehicle inspection report – section of the app allows customers to submit daily pre- and post-trip inspection reports from their phone. No login is required, as drivers use their unit number to get the process started. The reports are fed into Aim’s portal, giving administrators the ability to search, track and store reports, easing the audit process.

Aim will host a webinar on both sides of the mDVIR tool at 2 p.m. June 16. Registration is available HERE.

The “Where’s My Load?” tool allows Aim Integrated Logistics clients to access real-time delivery information, including estimated arrival time and current truck location.

The third tool, the integrated dashboard, is also for Integrated Logistics clients. It provides a snapshot of fleet information, such as fuel economy, cost per stop and cost per mile. Users can see data from the past three, six, 12 or 24 months. More data categories will be added in the future.
