Burgan Friedkin Expands Team with Addition of Dubic
CANFIELD, Ohio — Burgan Friedkin Commercial Group has added Johnny Dubic to its team of commercial real estate agents. Dubic officially transitioned to the commercial side of real estate as of July 6.
“The revitalization of the Mahoning Valley is something that will happen on the backs of the business owners and companies who love this area as much as I do,” he said. “Joining the team at Burgan Friedkin allows me to make an impact in our community by utilizing skills and knowledge I’ve gained in the commercial real estate industry.”
Dubic, a native of Youngstown, graduated from Youngstown State University in 2010. He began his commercial real estate career in 2014 after obtaining licenses in Ohio and Florida.
In 2016, he joined the Niles-based Cafaro Company with responsibilities for leasing multiple properties in lifestyle centers and regional shopping malls in Ohio, Michigan, and Virginia. And in 2018 he was the company’s runner-up for its “Deal of the Year” award.
“It is rare to find a young talent with the experience and track record like Johnny’s in this industry,” said Patrick Burgan, co-owner of Burgan Friedkin, in announcing Dubic’s appointment.
“Adding Johnny to our growing team delivers an understanding of the industry, as well as an innate ability to cultivate and grow relationships with companies who plan to be a part of the growth that we are helping deliver to the Mahoning Valley.”
