Grove City Ranked on Top Colleges List by Princeton Review

GROVE CITY, Pa. – Grove City College has been named to The Princeton Review’s list of “The 386 Best Colleges,” placing the school among the top 15% of American colleges.

Grove City College was also named a “Best Northeastern” school and “Best Value College.”

“Our inclusion on this prestigious list year after year is a wonderful affirmation of Grove City College and our clear distinctiveness in the world of higher education. The combination of our high value education and the remarkable character and capability of our students truly sets us apart,” Grove City College President Paul J. McNulty said in a statement.

The college’s Office of Career Services and its Counseling Center were ranked highly on student survey results, placing the career services office at No. 8 in the country and the Counseling Center at No. 14. In addition, Grove City was named No. 8 on the ranking’s list of best schools for internships.

The guide reports that many students are attracted to the College because of its Christ-centered learning and living environment. “The low cost of tuition is just gravy, as is the strong alumni network and ‘really good reputation with employers,’ ” according to the guide.

Grove City College has the lowest tuition of any private college in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania at $18,930 for the 2020-21 academic year. Graduates have a 96% success rate, based on career and graduate school placement six months after graduation. Alumni earn higher than average starting ($55,000) and mid-career ($105,500) salaries, according to PayScale.
