A Fresh Wind Catering Goes Mobile with New Food Truck

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Trina Williams, owner and operator of A Fresh Wind Catering, has expanded her business by launching a food truck.

Williams specializes in heart-healthy food. Her signature recipes include vegetable lasagna, Youngstown famous chicken and fried rolls.

Her latest creation is the Galaxy Seafood Roll, which is stuffed with lump crab meat, shrimp and a special sauce.

Williams, who prepares her food in the Commonwealth Kitchen Incubator on Elm Street, has been selected as a contestant in the Youngstown Business Incubator’s annual Shark Tank competition in October. In the contest, small businesses compete for prizes.
