A Three-Prong Approach to Repopulation
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – In this excerpt from our Tuesday Sit Down, Jim Kinnick, executive director of Eastgate Regional Council of Governments, discusses the plan they have in place to repopulate the area.
Kinnick says they are taking a three-prong approach to the issue.
“We’re looking to retain young people that we have right here, return some of the people that have left here and receive immigrants and refugees and repopulate the areas,” Kinnick says.
