Adams Wins National Nutrition Education Award

Robin Adams is the 2019 recipient of the National Excellence Award presented by the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Evans teaches nutrition education classes for families with limited resources. She is employed by the Ohio State University Extension office in Canfield.  “Robin is passionate about her work and the participants in her classes,” says Maria Carmen Lambea, director of the program at Ohio State University. The award will be presented March 12 at the EFNEP Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.
