Advanced Chiropractic Opens Kinsman Office
KINSMAN, Ohio — Advanced Chiropractic & Physical Therapy is opening its third office here, at 8231 Main St. The practice has served the Mahoning Valley area since 2001 with offices in Boardman and Hubbard.
Dr. Robert Hunkus, a native of Girard, will be the treating physician at the office. Hunkus, who has been practicing in the Mahoning Valley for over 22 years, obtained his doctorate of chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Ill. He joined Advanced Chiropractic in August 2016.
“In addition to providing the Kinsman area with physical medicine services, we will provide worker’s comp and auto accident treatment and case management, which was previously unavailable in the Kinsman area,” Hunkus said.
“With the opioid epidemic becoming more of a threat to the Mahoning Valley, it is important to offer safer and more effective alternatives to treating back and neck pain, such as spinal manipulation, massage therapy, and exercise,” he continued.
Appointments can be made by calling 330 726 7404 or online. Appointments are available Tuesday or Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with hours expanding as demand grows. Most insurance plans are accepted.
