Advanced Technology Partners Acquires Directed Technologies

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Advanced Technology Partners has acquired Direct Technologies, a 30-year-old company founded by Rose and Fred Seitz.

Terms were not disclosed. The transaction was concluded May 22.

As a part of the purchase, all employees of DTI were retained by ATP.

“We’re very excited about adding their experienced staff to our growing team as well as continuing to support these customers and provide them with new services and technologies,” said Justin White, co-owner and CeO of Advanced Technology Partners.

Advanced Technology Partners provides computer, network, data, and related IT solutions.
