Advantages of Working with Small Businesses
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – During Youngstown State University’s Manufacturing Day event, representatives from the U.S. Navy and NASA discussed the advantages of working with small businesses.
Joey Pettit, data analyst for TMG Inc., shared his thoughts on the worker shortage in manufacturing.
“By working with the local training providers to build those skill sets that the manufacturers need, small businesses need to be successful, we can bridge that gap,” Pettit says.
