Agency on Aging Moving to Former ITT Building
NILES, Ohio – The Area Agency on Aging 11 will next year move its corporate office to the former ITT Tech building in Austintown, the agency has announced.
Its current contract, a 10-year lease for office space on the second floor of the Eastwood Mall, expires May 31. No date is set yet for the move, CEO Joe Rossi said in the announcement.
The Area Agency on Aging 11 serves seniors and those with disabilities in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties.
The agency is planning to renovate the 29,500-square-foot ITT building at 1030 N. Meridian Road, which it is leasing from Kutlick Realty, LLC.
As part of the relocation, the agency’s Mahoning County satellite office, currently in the Mahoning County Children Services building, will move into the new building. The Lisbon satellite office will remain open.
