Aim Transportation Solutions, a Girard-based provider of commercial vehicles and service, has promoted Aaron Chamberlin to director of maintenance. He joins LeRoy Casali in this role and will be responsible for overseeing all East Coast vehicle maintenance operations while Casali will manage those on the West Coast. “Aaron brings with him a wealth of skills, know-how and technical proficiency that will further bolster Aim’s robust maintenance division,” says Terry Dimascio, Aim vice president of operations. Chamberlin is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has been in the transportation industry since 1999, beginning his career with Thermo King then moving to Penske Truck Leasing. He joined Aim as one of the company’s regional directors of maintenance. “I look forward to providing leadership under Aim’s family-owned structure,” he says. “This kind of environment promotes a clear vision, allowing us to enact positive changes together without the major delays or barriers associated with a more layered corporate structure.”
