Aim Transportation Solutions Certified as a Most Loved Workplace

GIRARD, Ohio – The Best Practice Institute has certified Aim Transportation Solutions as a Most Loved Workplace. 

The certification, which is based on employee feedback, spotlights companies with high employee satisfaction.

“This honor reflects our devotion to the individuals who work incredibly hard for Aim and each other – many of them behind the wheel of trucks and many under the hood making repairs,” said Scott Fleming, co-president of Aim. “This community of people is who keeps making Aim better and better.”

The one-month Most Loved Workplace campaign kicked off at the beginning of May. Communications went out to Aim’s roughly 1,000 employees across the nation, asking them to complete BPI’s survey. The response was “overwhelming,” the company said in a news release.

“We work hard to create a positive, inclusive work culture where our employees feel supported, cared for and have every opportunity to succeed,” Fleming said. “We’re honored by the overwhelming employee participation that resulted in us getting certified as a Most Loved Workplace.”
