Aim Transportation Solutions Names Rauber Assistant Controller
Aim Transportation Solutions this week promoted Will Rauber to assistant controller. As such, he will assume new responsibilities in the management of the finance department at Aim.
Rauber began his career with Aim in March 2009 as manager of licensing and permitting and in 2014 was promoted to director of licensing and permitting. I
n overseeing that department, he implemented a focus on lean-process, innovation and a strategic-growth mindset, according Geoffrey Fleming, co-president.
“Will is a talented, hard-working individual and a valuable member of the Aim team,” Fleming says. “He is going to help shape the future of our company and we’re lucky to have him,”
Rauber graduated from Youngstown State University in 2006 with a B.S. in business administration and earned his MBA from YSU in December 2019.
In his spare time, Rauber enjoys home improvement, playing basketball, collecting records and cooking. He resides in Canfield with his wife, Alaina.
