Alkukhun Joins Mercy Health Cardiology Practice
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Mercy Health – Youngstown this week welcomed Dr. Laith Alkukhun, a board-certified cardiologist, to its staff. Alkukhun will be serve patients at all three Mercy Health hospitals in the Mahoning Valley.
Dr. Alkukhun has spent his career focusing on the practice of cardiology, with an emphasis on patients with heart failure and coronary artery disease.
He attended Jordan University of Science and Technology and completed his residency at the Cleveland Clinic. He also completed his fellowship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in cardiovascular medicine.
