American Business Center Receives Top Ricoh Award
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — American Business Center Inc. has received the annual Chairman’s Award from Ricoh Americas Corp. at Ricoh’s 2016 National Dealer Meeting.
Ricoh has more than 400 dealers across the United States.
The Chairman’s Award is given to the Ricoh dealer that best exemplifies the qualities that help grow and improve business, says Jim Coriddi, vice president of the dealer division at Ricoh. ABC recently became a dedicated Ricoh dealer, increased sales of Ricoh’s high-end, high-volume production units, and has focused on increasing sales of Ricoh’s Champs and information technology services.
“We chose ABC to receive the Chairman’s Award because the family-owned business represents everything that is great about our mid-market dealers,” Coriddi said. “ABC executed excellence in outstanding dealer performance, quality customer service, industry innovation, internal development and training and has demonstrated its commitment to Ricoh’s strategic vision.”
ABC also launched two local case studies that Ricoh plans to use at the national level, said Syl Frazzini, ABC vice president of sales/production print specialist. The case studies feature sales projects for imaging and production services for two major local clients, one of them the Butler Institute of American Art.
