American Industries Names Lhota General Manager
SHARON, Pa. – American Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of A. Stucki Co., this week announced the hiring of Jason Lhota as general manager.
Lhota brings with him more than 20 years experience in strategic supply chain and operations oversight, most recently with Howe Street Advisors, a business consulting firm in Pittsburgh.
“Jason’s extensive background in business operations made him the ideal choice to lead American Industries,” says Scott Driggers, Stucki’s president of reconditioning and repair services. “He will play an integral role in helping us achieve our strategic goals.”
American Industries supplies new and reconditioned railcar components and systems from its locations here and in Jerseyville, Ill.
“American Industries has been a focal point for Stucki’s continuous improvement efforts,” Lhota says. “I look forward to working with our employees to boost productivity and achieve long-term growth and sustainability for the business.”
Lhota holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Citadel in Charleston, S.C. He is based at the Sharon facility and resides in Penn Township, Pa.
