Anderson Coach Drives Into 82nd Year With Updated Website

GREENVILLE, Pa. – Anderson Coach & Travel in Greenville, Pa., added seven new vehicles in 2018 and launched an updated website. Founded in 1937 by Dot and O.D. Anderson, the company, which employs 280, provides charter services, group vacation packages, individual tours and school busing services.

The company operates 44 coaches in four sizes and nearly 180 school vehicles. It also offers more than 750 tours to more than 150 destinations in the United States and Canada.

New vehicles acquired last year included three Prevost motorcoaches. This spring, Anderson will get three 2019 Prevost H3-45 56-passenger vehicles, says Ryan Nicklin, operations director and grandson of the founders.

“Driver training and recruitment are very important to our business,” adds Doug Anderson, president. “We’re constantly updating our operators on the best practices.”

The company unveiled its revamped website last fall. Visitors can request a quote and submit itineraries from their mobile devices.
