Angelo Selected for Business Leads Fellowship Program

Marcy Angelo, a business development manager for the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, has been selected to receive highly specialized training in education and workforce development. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation awarded a $10,o00 grant for Angelo to participate in its Business Leads Fellowship Program. Following a competitive process, Angelo was selected along with 33 other chamber executives from across the country. The three-month program will cover the talent pipeline, including early childhood education, K-12, higher education and workforce development.  “Accessing a talented workforce is the biggest economic development challenge facing companies across the country,” Angelo says. “Through this program, I can help the Mahoning Valley stay ahead of the curve.”
