BOARDMAN, Ohio – 410 Capital LLC, a company based in Wyoming, purchased three apartment buildings on Hillman Way for $1.4 million Thursday, records from the Mahoning County Auditor website show.
The apartments were sold by LTD Investments LLC, which purchased the building located at 4250 Hillman Way for $172,000 in February 2008.
In December 2011, LTD purchased the buildings at 4100 and 4200 Hillman Way for $160,000 and $198,000, respectively.
LTD Investments was incorporated in 2000, according to public records. In 2011, local real estate agent Sherry DeMar became the statuatory agent for the limited liability company.
The three-story buildings were built between 1965 and 1973.
The buyer, 410 Capital LLC, filed registration papers Nov. 28 with the Ohio secretary of state
