Apartment Complex Sells for $10.6 Million
BOARDMAN, Ohio – An apartment complex constructed along West Boulevard during the 1980s has sold for more than $10.6 million, according to records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.
Papers filed with the auditor’s office show that Hitchcock Apartments was sold April 25 to Englewood, N.J.-based St. Andrews Manor Real Estate LLC for $10,630,000.
It is just the second owner of the complex, records show. The campus consists of two apartment buildings and an office building. The auditor’s website reports that the three buildings and land are appraised at $4,887,500 for tax purposes.
The earliest data on the auditor’s website show that Hitchcock Apartment Associates, a limited partnership based in Rochester, N.Y., has owned the buildings since 1986.
