Apostolakis Honda Wins 2 Service Awards

CORTLAND, Ohio – Apostolakis Honda’s service departments recently received two service awards.

Honda recognized the dealership with the Customer Service Experience Award and Fixed First Visit Award.

“I couldn’t be prouder of our service team’s hard work and dedication to providing the very best for our customers,” said John G. Apostolakis, Apostolakis Honda president.

The Customer Service Experience Award is given to dealerships that meet or exceed an overall customer service score of 91%, providing the highest level of service to their customers.

The Fixed First Visit Award demonstrates a dealership’s achievements in service. Honda recognizes dealers that excel in customer satisfaction and retention by demonstrating their dedication to “getting it right the first time.”
