Apostolakis, Shenango Honda Win Honda President’s Award

CORTLAND, Ohio – Apostolakis Honda in Cortland and Shenango Honda in Hermitage have each won the 2021 President’s Award for parts and service from American Honda Motor Co., Inc.

The award, given to dealerships that achieve a high level of operations excellence and customer experience, places the two dealerships among the top-performing Honda dealerships in America.

“I am incredibly proud of the team at Apostolakis Honda and Shenango Honda for their dedication in 2021 to providing our customers an outstanding experience,” said Michael Kistemaker, assistant vice president of Honda National Sales at American Honda.

Established in 1995, the automaker’s president’s award is modified each year to reflect the changing needs of customers and to ensure winners stay ahead of market trends, according to a press release.

“Our goal is to always go above and beyond in providing exceptional customer satisfaction in all areas of our dealership while also being a good community partner,” said John Apostolakis, president of Apostolakis Auto Group.

“This is a true accomplishment for all of our employees at Apostolakis Honda and Shenango Honda and we are incredibly honored to receive the president’s award for parts and service as one of the top Honda dealers in the country.”
