Applebee’s Restaurant Sells For $1.6M
BOARDMAN, Ohio – A California-based company has purchased the Applebee’s restaurant at 6691 South Ave. for $1.62 million, according to records filed with the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.
The restaurant was transferred to Tuscany Belvedere Partners LLC of Los Altos, Calif. from its previous owner, Delaware-based Pinegate Naples LLC, on May 4, records show.
Pinegate purchased the restaurant and parcel in December 2018 for $1.175 million. It had sold a year earlier to Swep LLC for $1.138 million.
The restaurant sits on an out parcel that fronts the Southland Crossings Shopping Center, which is home to major retailers such as Lowe’s and Walmart.
