Are We Headed Toward a Cashless Society?
In part three of our Thoughts Leaders interview with Kevin Helmick, president and CEO of Farmers National Bank, he discusses leadership philosophy, why it’s important to have a “true north,” and if we could be headed toward a cashless society.
“Customers don’t always adopt the latest and greatest. Sometimes it might be the third or fourth version of a different technology that sticks. Sometimes it’s about the branding and how things work, but it’s going to continue to evolve and we’re not stopping technology. It’s here, so we try to embrace it and leverage it,” Helmick says.
