Are You Looking Hard Enough to Solve Your Labor Issues?
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Bill Whitacre, superintendent of the Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities, gives us his pitch to businesses that may be having labor issues.
Whitacre discusses several factors such as gaining a dedicated employee, timeliness and training.
“This makes good business sense,” Whitacre says. “It may be a feelgood story, but you’re not doing it for that reason. You’re doing it because it makes good business sense and it’s benefiting you as a business owner and that individual, and it’s benefiting your community.”
