YOUNGSTOWN – Armida’s Cucina last year experienced most of its growth in its special events segment. Mark Primavera, owner, reports a steady increase in bookings by businesses for employee and customer appreciation events.
To meet the challenge, Armida’s has invested in the necessary technology and equipment to provide fast and accurate service, including pagers, point systems, and high-quality sound systems.
Armida’s comprises a mobile food truck, concession stand, and catering business. Private parties, breweries and wineries also book the food truck. The company has broadened its service area to stretch from Cleveland to the West Virginia border and from Akron to Pittsburgh.
