VIENNA TOWNSHIP –The past year has been another year of growth and achievement for Millwood Inc. at its operations across the country.
Millwood provides pallets, unit load technology, custom-engineered materials handling solutions and erosion control products, and offers services for tracking, retrieval, reuse, recycling and removal of packaging products. It employs 1,800 at more than 30 sites across the United States, communications manager Josh Stipanovich says.
In December, ground was broken on a 17,000-square-foot addition to the corporate office here. The announcement of the expansion came weeks after Millwood announced the opening of its newest plan in Lordstown, which has brought nearly 20 jobs to the area.
Last year the company also added plants in Barrington, N.J. Ellenboro, N.C. and Huntsville, Ala.
