As we’re partnered with local nonprofits, we engage in annual community support, involvement and volunteerism. Our company and our employees are grounded in the foundation of our core values: empathy, communication, modesty, service and integrity.
ECMSI hosts an annual kick-off party in January with all of our partners to unwind from the previous year. During this event, we have two internal awards given out: the Ox Award and the Culture Award.
We also have monthly employee appreciation events such as catered lunch and golf outings. Everyone feels like family here and that’s what happens when you have a team following the same values and ready to step up when needed. We work hard and play hard.
