Colleen Kelly is senior vice president of the Youngstown Business Incubator.
She is a dedicated professional focused on community growth and development.
Colleen joined YBI in August 2012 as the director of development, where she leverages her expertise in nonprofit leadership and fundraising to cultivate partnerships and secure vital contributions from individuals, foundations, corporations and government sources.
Colleen’s influence extends beyond fundraising; she develops and executes YBI’s annual fundraising plan and coordinates special events.
Under her leadership, YBI has raised millions and launched innovative programs such as the YBI Code Academy and Biz3D. She co-founded the Women in Entrepreneurship Program (WE) at YBI, highlighting her commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and interior decorating. Colleen resides in Boardman with her husband, Jim Yukech, and their six children.
