Megan Vickers is the president of Soft Touch Furniture, a Girard mainstay for more than 40 years. She is a lifelong area resident, having graduated from Liberty High School and Kent State University. Megan began working at her family’s business when she was a teenager. Her parents’ commitment to integrity, quality and customer satisfaction have had a deep influence on her leadership style.
Soft Touch Furniture is known for its charity work, which Megan spearheads. Its contributions include Panerathon/Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center, Alex’s Lemonade Stand and the Dan Marino Foundation for Autism. Megan is a member of the Upholstery Association. She works to make her company and the community a better place and was honored with the prestigious 2024 BBB Torch Award for Ethics.
