After considering multiple buildings, he selected the Spring Common underpass because it feeds directly into West Front Street downtown and provides a blank, white canvas.
“I think it just has the most impact and It’s the simplest way to put it up there rather than distracting with a lot of color,” Reed said. “Sometimes that’s a good thing, but this is the message that we’re trying to have people read if they can read it while they’re driving by.”
