Ashtabula Growth Partnership Seeks Input

JEFFERSON, Ohio – The Growth Partnership for Ashtabula County has partnered with JumpStart Inc. to help it develop new services to foster and assist the growth of entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized businesses in Ashtabula County.

The Growth Partnership’s Entrepreneurial Business Growth Initiative will focus on three goals:

  • Capitalizing on Ashtabula County’s business growth strengths in its strategic industry sectors (plastics, chemicals, composite materials, metals and metalworking, health-care services, technical and professional service businesses, information businesses and agribusiness.
  • Accelerating and sustaining the growth of existing small and medium-sized businesses in the county.
  • Increasing new business startups and strengthen the ability of newly created businesses to survive and grow in the county.

The partnership is inviting individuals to respond to an online survey to share their views about business growth in Ashtabula County. The survey will continue through 5 p.m. Friday.
