At Home With Shepherd Named Award Recipient

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – At Home with Shepherd has been named a 2022 HHCAHPS Honors Award recipient by HEALTHCAREfirst.

HEALTHCAREfirst’s annual review “recognizes hospices that continuously provide the highest level of quality as measured from the caregiver’s point of view,” its website states. It recognizes the highest performing agencies by analyzing the performance of the Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey satisfaction measures.

At Home with Shepherd is the home health care agency of Shepherd of the Valley.

HHCAHPS Honors Award recipients include agencies scoring above the HEALTHCAREfirst National Average on at least 85% of the evaluated questions.
