AT&T Fiber Coming to Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — AT&T is installing fiber that will bring high-speed internet access to the Youngstown area. The project will be complete by the end of the year, said AT&T Ohio President Molly Kocour Boyle.

She said between 2019 and 2021, AT&T invested $45 million in wireless and wire line infrastructure in Youngstown.

“Fiber is a game-changer, because it ensures that whether someone is downloading something, someone is trying to do a teleconference, and someone has lots of tabs open that that experience is not negatively impacted,” Boyle said.
