Attracting New Talent with Simple Company Culture
LORDSTOWN, Ohio – Rick Rajaie, vice president of operations for Foxconn EV North America, says the company’s culture is very simple – “We always say that safe, healthy employees can yield great products for you. Happy employees who have been compensated well always go the extra mile to exceed expectations.”
Establishing a welcoming work environment is important to attract new talent, which is essential to the company in building a workforce in the Mahoning Valley, Rajaie says.
“We’re not in denial of the limitation of the workforce that we may have within 50 miles radius of here,” Rajaie says. “So we have to be prepared once we’re in desperate need of training people how to train them.”
