Austintown Medical Office Sells for $2.15M
AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – The medical office building at 139 Javit Court, home to Fresenius Kidney Care, has sold for $2.15 million. The transaction closed Jan. 21.
Garv Holdings LLC of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., purchased the building from 139 Javit Associates LLC, which had owned the building since it was built in 1991. The company, known as Physicians’ Building Group LLC until 2006, purchased the property for $191,000 and developed it.
The 1.76-acre site was valued at $880,150 in 2017, according to the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office. Five years earlier, it was valued at $901,200.
Garv Holdings is a foreign limited liability company formed Jan. 14, according to the Ohio Secretary of State. No names of the owners are contained in the registration documents that were submitted by Ohio Registered Agent LLC, North Canton.
139 Javit Court Associates was registered in August 2006 as a domestic LLC by Dr. Chester Amedia, with Augustine Biscardi and Leonida Vassilaros as partners.
A division of Fresenius Medical Care North America, Fresenius Kidney Care operates 2,400 dialysis centers nationwide, including five in the Youngstown area, two in the Warren area, one in Salem and one each in Hermitage and New Castle, Pa.
