Cardinal Plaza in Austintown Sells for $940K
AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – Cardinal Plaza in Austintown has been purchased by Sulieman Holdings Inc. for $940,000.
The plaza, 1698 S. Raccoon Road, houses AdvanceAmerica, Twisted Metal tattoo shop, Smoker Friendly, Boost Mobile and Cost Cutters hair salon. It was built in 1987 and remodeled in 2006.
Sulieman Holdings Inc. is based in Boardman and was incorporated by Faissal J. Suleiman, according to the Ohio Secretary of State’s office. The company also owns three parcels, occupied by the Swift Mart gas station, at the corner of Woodworth Road and Grant Street in New Springfield.
Sulieman Holdings purchased Cardinal Plaza from First Row Realty, which had owned it since 1992. The site was valued at $404,950 last year by the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office.
