Victoria Road Warehouse Sold for $1.6M
AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – A Columbiana County group has purchased an industrial warehouse at 400 Victoria Road for $1.6 million, records show.
400 Victoria Road LLC, an entity that is based at 7716 Depot Road in Lisbon, purchased the 42,144-square-foot building and 4.6 acres Dec. 29, according to data from the Mahoning County auditor’s office.
The property is appraised at $1.092 million for tax purposes, records show. It formerly housed Colonial Industrial Products, a workplace apparel company.
Incorporation documents filed with the Ohio Secretary of State show that Paula Wimsatt is the authorized agent of 400 Victoria Road.
The building’s previous owner is listed as Youngstown Properties LLC, which paid $1.9 million for the structure in 2006, according to auditor’s records.
