The granddaughter of Dearing Compressor & Pump Co.’s founder, Becky Wall, received her BS degree from Ohio’s Muskingum College and immediately joined the family business in 1981.

Wall is the vice president and chief financial officer, partnering with her brothers Rick Dearing, chief technical officer and Albin Dearing, chief operations officer.

Wall is responsible to identify and continually improve Dearing’s workforce that results in the successful operation of the organization. She also manages the company’s finances, compliance and communications.

Wall is a strong partner to education and the coalition leading the charge to teach children about manufacturing and to create opportunities to use hands-on skills. She aligns her business values to the community and proudly supports non-profits that are changing lives in our neighborhoods.

Since 2005, the company has grown from 40 employees to a highly skilled workforce of over 200. With solid financial planning Dearing has expanded from a 26,000 square foot operation to an 189,000 square foot campus designed to meet the demand of the energy rush in the Marcellus and Utica regions. The dramatic growth reflects the values of a customer first culture that spans three generations of Dearing family ownership.
