Avalon Reports 2020 Revenue of $58.7 Million
WARREN, Ohio – Avalon Holdings Corp. reports fourth-quarter net operating revenues of $14.6 million, compared with $17.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2019.
The company recorded net income attributable to Avalon Holdings common shareholders of $500,000 in the fourth quarter of 2020, compared with a net loss attributable to those shareholders of $400,000 in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Basic net income per share for the fourth quarter of 2020 was 12 cents, compared with a basic net loss per share of 11 cents in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Net operating revenues were $58.7 million for the year ended Dec. 31, compared with $68.4 million for the previous year.
Net income for 2020 was less than $100,000 for the year, compared with a net loss of $500,000 for the previous year.
Avalon reported no basic net income per share for the full year, compared with a basic net loss per share of 12 cents for the previous year.
Avalon Holdings Corp. provides waste management services, captive landfill management services and salt water injection well operations.
The corporation also owns Avalon Resorts and Clubs Inc., which includes the operation of its Howland complex that features a resort hotel, four golf courses and related country clubs and a multipurpose recreation center.
