Baird Brothers Unveils Content Hub and Studio

CANFIELD, Ohio – Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods of Canfield unveiled its own on-site content studio in November.

The space, referred to as Studio 3B, was named after the three founding Baird brothers and is used to produce high-quality and informational videos for consumers.

All videos and imagery from Studio 3B can be accessed from the company’s digital content hub, according to Steve Stack, director of new business development.

The hub currently features “Build It With Baird,” a tutorial series; “American Hardwood Advisor,” featuring an industry interview with Stack; and “Shop Talk,” which offers quick tips and answers to common lumber questions. The content hub also contains “Proud Partner of This Old House,” highlighting the use of Baird products on the television show; “Project Plans,” downloadable home projects; and “Studio 3B,” a virtual walkthrough of the studio.

“In today’s market, you have to be omnichannel,” Stack says. “You can no longer get by in the industry with just a print catalog. It’s no secret that video and in-house marketing content is taking the world by storm, and with Studio 3B, we will be able to consistently deliver that type of content. We want to be the trusted resource that people, nationwide, turn to.”

Several third-generation members of the Baird family joined the business in 2021, increasing the third-generation staff to six. They are Dillon Burdette, Sarah Schaefer and Zach Baird, joining Benny Baird, Tyler Baird and Brandon Burdette.

The company, founded in 1960, also expanded its sales staff throughout the year. Among the hardwood products it manufactures are in-stock lumber, mouldings and customizable flooring, doors, stair parts, S4S lumber and plywood.
