Bayus, Neal Join Berkshire Northwood in Howland

Berkshire Hathaway HomesServices Northwood Realty Services recently added two agents to its office in Howland. Michael W. Bayus (pictured) and Ricky G. Neal Jr. (R.J.) have decided to move their real estate careers to the Berkshire/Northwood office, the agency reports. Bayus, a 14-year veteran of the industry, is a lifelong resident of Hubbard. He and his wife of 34 years, Cindy, are very active in the First Presbyterian Church in Hubbard where he sits on the Board of Deacons. Their daughter, Kristina, recently graduated from Kent State University. Neal was raised in Ravenna and has lived in Niles the past four years. He is married to Katie, a teacher in the Warren city school system.
