Beatitude House Promotes Bales to Associate Director
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohioi — Beatitude House has promoted Keshia Bales, a staff member since 2012, to the position of associate director.
“From the first day of my internship experience, Beatitude House felt like home. I could see the values of hospitality and compassion so deeply rooted in the overall culture of the agency” says Bales.
“My time at Beatitude House has always been about being a part of a larger mission dedicated to serving and empowering others and instilling hope in those facing adversity.”
Bales holds a master’s degree in social work from Youngstown State University. In announcing her promotion, Beatitude House cites “her successful leadership style and continued dedication to both clients and employees.”
As associate director, Bales oversees all three Beatitude House programs: Housing, Ursuline Sisters Scholars and Immigrant Outreach.
