Beatitude House Promotes Washington-Suber

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Beatitude House has promoted Whitney Washington-Suber to lead support specialist; she previously served as a case manager with the nonprofit.

In her new role, Washington-Suber maintains an active caseload while supervising other support team staff. She also oversees day-to-day operations of the housing site.

“I love being able to have a helping hand in assisting my clients in accomplishing goals they never thought they could achieve,” says Washington-Suber. “Just as I needed assistance and support in my life to get where I am, I have always wanted to pay that forward to others as well.”

Washington-Suber holds a master’s degree in social work from Youngtown State University and came to Beatitude House with over five years of case management experience.

“Whitney’s advanced education combined with her proactive approach to case management made her a great fit for the role,” says Keshia Bales, Beatitude House Associate Director.
