Belmont Avenue Building Sold for $917K
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – A local land company has purchased an office complex at 4891 Belmont Ave. and its accompanying acreage for more than $917,000, according to records from the Trumbull County auditor’s office.
Auditor’s records show that Marwhet Land Co. Ltd. – which lists a taxpayer address of 9240 Bay Hill Dr., Warren – purchased the Liberty Township building and 15 acres from MVI Holdings LLC on Oct. 12 for $917,500.
Incorporation documents filed with the Ohio Secretary of State lists attorney Randil Rudloff as Marwhet’s signatory representative. The stated purpose of the company is to own and manage real property.
Marwhet Land Co. also owns land along and east of state Route 46 in Howland, across the street and behind Toyota of Warren, part of the Jim Whetstone Auto Group.
The Belmont Avenue building was once home to MVI HomeCare, a home health and hospice agency that closed its doors in December 2022.
