Birch, Mowery Join Berkshire Hathaway Stouffer Realty

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty Services has acquired Birch Realty, bringing to the agency two accomplished real estate veterans.

Birch Realty was founded in 1999 by Janet Birch, a native of East Liverpool. Birch grew her company from the ground up. She served as president of the Beaver Creek Area Realtors Association numerous times and has won awards for sales performance.

Active in her community, Birch serves on the Economic Development Committee for the Wellsville Chamber of Commerce and on the Save Our Homes Task Force created by Columbiana County Treasurer Nick Barborak.

“We can grow even more with the local support of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty,” says Birch. “I am thankful for the support throughout this transition and would like to thank Robin Whitehair for everything she has done for Susan and I during our transition into the Salem office.”

Mowery joined Birch Realty in 2011 and brings to Berkshire Hathaway more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. “Birch Realty was a small town, knowledgeable and personalized business. We still are, but working with Stouffer Realty provides many more benefits for our customers. I am excited to see how business progresses with moving forward,” she says.

Kevin M. Leonard, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty, describes Birch and Mowery as having “expert local market knowledge and experience that is unmatched.”

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices employs more than 1,800 agents. The agency’s 54 offices serve 22 counties in Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
