Black Horse Tavern & Grille Celebrates New Ownership

GIRARD, Ohio — The Black Horse Tavern held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate new ownership.

The new owners have made changes to the interior and food menu.

“We did different setups inside with a few pictures and lights. There are a lot of different changes food wise,” says Greg Spagnoletta, co-owner of the Black Horse Tavern.
