Blue Wolf Owners Open Garden Kettle in Boardman

BOARDMAN, Ohio – For those who don’t want to have to choose between healthy food options and a quick meal, a new restaurant is offering “quality food on the go.”

Stacey and Joe Rzonsa, owners of Blue Wolf Tavern, have opened Garden Kettle at 8049 Market St., Suite 1. The new restaurant specializes in sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads.

Garden Kettle, which offers catering, delivery, dine-in and pickup options, allows customization of all orders and prepares its recipes with locally sourced ingredients every morning to ensure the most convenient and highest quality meals, Stacey Rzonsa said.

“For a lot of people, the new year is about getting a fresh start,” Rzonsa said. “Committing to a completely new diet can be difficult, but it’s much more manageable to make sure you’re eating food that’s made with fresh ingredients.”

The Rzonsas created Garden Kettle as a place to get healthy food without having to wait. The restaurant offers grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, soups and sides for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.

“If the food is fast, you’re compromising on quality,” Rzonsa said. “And if the food is quality, then you better be able to wait a long time for it. It’s always been a problem, especially for parents and professionals like us who are always on the go.”

Garden Kettle is open from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
