Boardman Building Sold for $775K
BOARDMAN, Ohio – A building initially constructed in 2002 for a day care operation has recently sold for $775,000, according to records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.
Bartolomeo and Maria Divieste, trustees, of Warren are listed as the new buyers of the building at 801 Kentwood Dr. Grantz Family Construction LLC is listed as the property’s previous owner.
The 32,000-square-foot building currently houses a medical laboratory, Aura Genetics, records show. At one time, a Wee Care Day Care center operated from the location.
The property and building is valued by the auditor’s office at $425,480.
